Efficient service lures investors to Batangas City

MANILA, Philippines - Expect more foreign businessmen to invest in Batangas City because of the efficient and professionally run city assessor’s office.

Unlike in other cities where foreign investors are given the runaround while following up their documents, businessmen in Batangas City are given “special treatment” by employees of the city assessor’s office.

Even the chief of the assessors’ office would leave his desk and attend to the needs of foreign investors, mostly dealing in real estate development.

“The foreign investors who are into real estate development are particularly inspired by the efficient, personalized and professional service they experienced from the assessor’s office,” a businessman said.

The employees, in particular, are all smiling while rendering their services, he added.

“It is really not surprising that the office staff are so efficient and the head of the office is really very professional and personally attends to the needs of clients,” he said.
