1 killed, 2 hurt in vehicular accident in Quezon

Tiaong, Quezon ,Philippines  – A motorcycle rider was killed while his companion was hurt in a vehicular accident along Maharlika Highway in Barangay Lagalag here.

Police Officer 1 Nino Cristobal Narvaez, identified the fatality as Norman Cuartero and the injured as Jericho Cabunag, 23, both residents of Sitio De la Fuente also at Barangay Lagalag.

Investigators said Cuartero’s motorcycle bumped into a Nissan Urban Escapade van (ZEZ-597) being driven by Danilo Martisano Naca.

Naca also sustained injuries and was brought to Candelaria Municipal Hospital in Candelaria, Quezon.
