MNLF officers nabbed in Dipolog

ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines  – Police arrested two persons, who identified themselves as a general and sergeant of the Moro National Liberation Front at a bus terminal in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte.

 Dipolog City policemen led by SPO3 Antonio Tapales initially invited the two men identified as Ronie Dumandan Ladion, 37, a resident of Barangay Tipan, Gutalac town, Zamboanga del Norte; and Romeo Jimla Ampoan, 29, of Marawi City, for wearing camouflage uniforms while in the vicinity of Integrated Bus Terminal in Barangay Miputak last Monday.

The two men were arrested after police discovered several rounds of ammunition for a .45-caliber pistol in their bags.
