East Timor veteran named South Cotabato cop chief

KORONADAL CITY, Philippines – Philippine National Police chief Director General Nicanor Bartolome named Senior Superintendent Randolph Delfin, as the new provincial police director of South Cotabato Provincial Police Office.

Delfin will replace Senior Superintendent Nilo Wong, who is retiring this month.

Wong and Delfin are both members of the Philippine government’s peacekeeping forces contingent to East Timor.
