Cavite board member shot

Camp Vicente Lim, Laguna, Philippines  – A provincial board member of Cavite’s third district was shot and critically wounded in Imus town yesterday morning, police said. 

Senior Superintendent Cresencio Bulalacao, Cavite police director, said board member Digo Arguelles, 57, was doing his morning exercise by walking around the Gold Commercial Complex when an unidentified man approached and shot him in the head and then fled on a motorcycle.
