Boy, 7, 2 others slain in Cavite

Cavite, Philippines – Three people, including a seven-year-old boy, were massacred by still unidentified suspects in Silang town this province last Wednesday afternoon, police said.

Reports identified the victims as Rosky Piojo, 25; Joseph Valenton, seven; and the boy’s nanny, a tain Joy.

Investigator PO1 Erwin Laureles said the victims’ bodies were discovered at around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday by a neighbor, Rene Barientos, who in turn reported this to officials of Barangay Bucal.

Police said Barientos found Piojo’s body in the laundry area, while that of the boy and his nanny in the bedroom. All bore stab wounds.
