Mayor's relative goes berserk

ILAGAN, Isabela, Philippines – A drunken relative of the mayor of Nagulian town in this province reportedly went berserk and threw a basketball tournament into pandemonium after his team lost the match over the weekend, police said.

Police detained Jomel Capuchino, 30, head of Quirino village and nephew of Mayor Edgar Capuchino.

While reportedly running berserk looking for those who beat him up in the middle of the fray, Capuchino mistook another uncle, Robbie Gallena, as one of them and shot him with a caliber .45 pistol critically.
