CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – A Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) executive was shot dead by a lone assailant in front of his office in Bacoor, Cavite last Friday morning, police said.
The victim, Albert Hernandez, 51, revenue officer 1 and document processor at the BIR-Bacoor branch, died from multiple bullet wounds in the back.
