American arrested for taking nude photos of teeners

MANILA, Philippines - An American was arrested after he was caught taking video footages of seven women doing nude cat fight inside a camp in a grassy area of Barangay Malbago, Daanbantayan on Sunday morning.

The women have been recruited separately by a certain Sheryl who promised to give them P1,500 each in exchange for the “play.”

The 34-year-old foreigner who is a native of West Virginia, USA and temporarily residing at Barangay Bungtod, Bogo was arrested by village chief Vergilio Misa together with his Barangay Intelligence Network personnel Danilo Villegas and Luciano Malinao after a concerned citizen caught him taking video of the naked women.

Police Officer 2 Alfredo Mandal, Daanbantayan police investigator, confirmed that three of the seven women were aged 14, 16 and 17 while the four others are still to be determined.

Mandal said that Sheryl served as the recruiter and direct contact of the foreigner.

According to the 14-year-old victim she was approached by Sheryl and asked if she wanted to earn money by playing nude cat fight, and was accepted by the victim. As promised she would earn P1,500. The victim was then given an address and time when to meet the foreigner.

Mandal said all victims arrived in Barangay Malbago based on the address given by Sheryl.

A resident who happened to pass by the place asked one of the victims of what they were doing but only replied “magcamping-camping ra man mi.”

Mandal said the boisterous laughter coming from the camp drove curiosity to the concerned citizen prompted him to go and check the women inside and found out their nude appearances.

He then immediately reported the incident to Misa who arrested the foreigner and provided custody for the victims.

The suspect was turned over to Daanbantayan police station the video camera and a pack of battery.
