Teen beheads younger sis

LEGAZPI CITY, Philippines  – A mentally ill teenager beheaded his seven-year-old sister girl over a simple altercation in their house in Sangay, Camarines Sur, a report reaching Camp General Simeon Ola here said.

The suspect, aged 15, walked out his house holding his sister’s severed head and a bolo while cursing in the dialect, the report said.

The suspect was brought to the Rodriguez Mental Hospital in Pili, Camarines Sur after the killing.
