Search still on for 20 missing Chinese sailors

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya, Philipines – A joint Filipino-Japanese team yesterday continued their search and rescue operations for 20 missing Chinese crewmen of a Panamanian-flagged cargo vessel, which sank near the Taiwan border last Nov. 9.
So far, the bodies of two of the 25 crewmen of the ill-fated MV Nasco Diamond were recovered, while another three were rescued in the South China Sea off Batanes last Friday.
