Mini shabu lab busted in Cavite

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna, Philippines – Seven suspects were arrested in a mini shabu laboratory capable of producing P1.3 million worth of the illegal drug, in Noveleta, Cavite last Wednesday, police said.

Chief Superintendent Rolando Añonuevo, Calabarzon police director, said his men were supposed to serve a search warrant for illegal possession of firearms at the house of Regalado Samartino in Barangay San Rafael 2, Noveleta town when they stumbled upon chemicals and equipment used to produce shabu at the kitchen.
