2 named to government peace panel

MANILA, Philippines - President Arroyo has named two new members of the government peace panel negotiating with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front.

Mrs. Arroyo appointed Grace Rebollos, an educator from Mindanao, and Antonio La Vina, dean of the Ateneo School of Government.

Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process Annabelle Abaya said Rebollos and La Vina replaced Tomas Cabili and Adel Antonino who recently resigned as government peace panel members. – Jose Rodel Clapano
