Government office in Ilocos town used as motel?

PAOAY, Ilocos Norte, Philippines – Probably, the much publicized Kho-Halili sex video scandal prompts sexual “misadventures” all the more.

A promiscuous Civil Security Unit member in this historic town where hardly no secret is kept, wanted to be a Hayden Kho himself.

He unconsciously left a used prophylactics (condom) inside the office of the DILG, a thing that caught the ire of DILG officer Letty Aquino who is launching an investigation herself.

All members of the CSU in the town were immediately summoned by Aquino, but everyone, unlike Dr. Kho, was tight-lipped.

Mayor Bonifacio Clemente begged off such a negative news and said, “it is not a common scenario anywhere else” in his town. We are investigating,” he said.

The town executive said that the alleged CSU member’s “sexual partner” during the misadventure is not an employee of the town government but an “outsider.” 

Clemente said there was only one occasion, in retort to “talks” that promiscuity in his town is prevalent.

Even the town’s vice mayor – Eileen Llaguno Guerrero was stunned learning about the report, but claimed she did not know it.

Paoay, home of the UNESCO-inscribed baroque-inspired St. Agustine Church, is known as home to deeply religious families.

Earlier, reports persisted in nearby Laoag City’s central terminal station’s latrines and comfort rooms being turned into “motels” by sexual adventurers. – Artemio Dumlao
