BATANGAS CITY, Philippines – The 12-year-old daughter of a prominent family was killed while two of their house helpers were critically wounded when two robbers barged into their home here and carted away cash and jewelry last Sunday afternoon, police said.
Slain was Angelic Faytaren Turino, whose family owns several businesses in the province. In serious condition due to multiple stab wounds were Maryjane Villacacan, 17, and Justin Puwiran, 22.
Tagged as suspects were Erwin Turino, 32, a relative of the slain girl, and one Rowel Bauzon. – Arnell Ozaeta
