Missing plane not located yet

MANILA, Philippines - Relatives of the seven people on board a missing twin-engine plane have been airlifted to Tuguegarao, Cagayan, as efforts to locate the aircraft continued.

Chief Superintendent Roberto Damian, Cagayan Valley police director, said search operations for the BN-Islander aircraft of Chemtrad with tail number RPC 764 were again stalled yesterday due to poor weather.

The plane left the Tuguegarao airport Thursday morning but failed to reach its destination – Maconacon town in Isabela.

On board it were pilot Capt. Tomas Yañez, co-pilot Capt. Reiner Ruiz and passengers SPO2 Rolly Castaños, Celestino Salacup, Abelardo Baggay, Joel Basilio, and James Bakilan. – Cecille Suerte Felipe
