Transport exec's killers hunted

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Laguna – The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group in Region 4-A has formed a special team to track down the killers of the 55-year-old president of Macro Transport Cooperative whose body was found at a dump in Imus, Cavite last Wednesday morning.

Superintendent Romano Cardino, CIDG deputy regional director, said they were still gathering evidence and coordinating with the local police in the killing of Edmon Tan, a Las Piñas City resident.

CIDG probers said Tan’s car, a gray Mitsubishi Adventure with license plate XCH-148, is still missing. – Ed Amoroso
