Saguisag: Panlilio should be charged

MAgdalo lawyer and former Sen. Rene Saguisag said that Pampanga Gov. Ed Panlilio should also be charged for accepting the cash gift.

Saguisag issued the statement at the Camp Aguinaldo today after his charges against his client 2Lt. Aldrin Baldonado was dropped by the court marshal.

"Fr. Ed should also be charged in violation of the Presidential Decree No. 46 declaring as illegal an act of any public offical to accept gifts," Saguisag said. Jaime Laude
