PASG files oil smuggling raps

Criminal charges have been filed against officers of a private company linked to the foiled smuggling of millions of pesos worth of fuel at the Subic Freeport last week, the Presidential Anti-Smuggling group said.
Undersecretary Antonio Villar Jr., PASG head, said charges of falsification of public documents and violation of the Tariff and Customs Code were filed with the Department of Justice against officers and stockholders of the Tri-Sold Movers Services Inc.
