The community is situated within the 1,300- hectare Nasugbu Highlands and is described by the PRA as a fully integrated master planned project focusing on ecotourism and medical tourism.

According to PRA chairman Edgar Aglipay, the Imperial Silver Town Retirement Village has a total land area of 35,100 square meters and has among its features retirement villas, condominium buildings and amenities such as a spa, gym, health clinic, tennis court and swimming pool.
