Senior Inspector Alfonso Cruz, Pandi police chief, said the arrests were made following a raid on the auto repair shop of Jaime Domingo in Barangay Bagong Barrio, Pandi town.
Cruz said they had received verified information that dismantled parts of stolen vehicles would be transported to an undisclosed location.
During the raid, Cruz said they recovered a Mitsubishi Adventure with license plate WKF-922 and an owner-type jeep with no license plate.
He said the gang used the two vehicles to transport the spare parts of stolen vehicles.
A follow-up operation in Barangay Liciada in nearby Bustos town yielded a dismantled Pajero with a defaced chassis number. A check with the Traffic Management Group showed that the Pajero was stolen on Sept. 1 last year.
