Bataan cop shot dead

ABUCAY Bataan Three suspected hit men of the breakaway communist group Rebolusyonaryong Hukbong Bayan (RHB) gunned down a senior police officer as he stepped out of a barbershop here yesterday morning.
Senior Inspector Joel Tampis, Abucay police chief, said the motorcycle-riding men shot SPO4 Reynaldo Raymundo, 45, chief of the municipal drug enforcement unit, in front of the Malixi barbershop in Barangay Wawa, some 40 meters away from the town hall.
A bystander, Eleuterio Narbato, was reportedly hit in the right shoulder.
Found in the crime scene were 10 empty 9-mm shells, 10 empty caliber .45 shells, and a caliber .45 slug.
