In a joint statement, the Association of Firearms and Ammunition Dealers of the Philippines, Philippine Practical Shooting Association, National Range Officers Institute, Association of Responsible Media (ARMED) and Alyansa ng Filipinong Mamamahayag condemned Ramos gunslaying last Sunday and offered the cash reward.
This developed as Task Force Ramos, which is probing the killing, released yesterday an artists sketch of one of the two gunmen.
Superintendent Flaviano Baltazar, deputy director of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group-Region 4, said at least three witnesses described the gunmen as between 30 and 35 years old, about five feet, three inches tall and medium-built.
