Dolorfino steps down as 2nd MB commander

ILIGAN CITY Brig. Gen. Mohammad Ben Dolorfino ends his term as commanding general of the 2nd Marine Brigade based here on Monday.
Replacing him is Col. Eduardo Ducusin.
Dolorfino told The STAR that he is just awaiting Malacañangs formal order for his next assignment as deputy commander of the Armed Forces Southern Command.
Dolorfino chaired the Joint Task Force Ranao, the Ad Hoc Joint Action Group, and Task Force HOPE (Honest, Orderly and Peaceful Elections) during the recent polls in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao.
He was also behind Oplan Linis to eradicate lawless elements responsible for highway robberies and extortion in the two Lanao provinces and in the cities of Marawi and Iligan. Richel Umel
