Senior Inspector Samsom Obatay, chief of the police Precinct IV, identified the fatality as Aisa Ismael, 21, and the wounded as her six-year-old brother Abdulhamid and nephew Nur.
Obatay said they are certain that a grudge motivated the incident since the Ismaels are locked in a rido, or clan war, with their relatives in their hometown of Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao. — John Unson
