La Union principal shot dead

CAMP DIEGO SILANG, La Union — Two motorcycle-riding men shot dead a public school principal in the upland town of Bagulin while he was on his way to school on board a passenger jeepney last Monday, the police said.

The victim, Serapio Dacuycuy, principal of Kambali National High School, died on the spot from gunshot wounds in the head. Probers found two empty shells of 9-mm and caliber .45 at the scene.

Probers were still clueless on the motive behind the killing. — Jun Elias
