Senior Inspector Jhonna Ponseca, Public Information Officer of Police Regional Office-3 (PRO3), reported that Editha Sebastian, 57, died on the spot due to severe injuries in different parts of the body.

Her husband, SPO2 Celestino Sebastian, assigned at the Bocaue Police Station, and their daughter were rushed to the Dr. Yanga Hospital in Bocaue.

The victims’ residence was totally gutted by fire which was preceeded by loud explosions, the police said.

Chief Inspector Braulio Pascua, chief of the Firearms and Explosives division of PRO3, said police authorities here will conduct an inventory of license manufacturers, or dealers of fire crackers in the entire Bulacan province.
