Task force to probe death of Pampanga female broadcaster

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga Chief Superintendent Alejandro Lapinid, Central Luzon police director, formed a task force yesterday to look deeper into the death of a female broadcaster who was found lifeless in the comfort room of her house in Angeles City early last Friday.
In a report, Senior Superintendent Policarpio Segubre, Angeles City police chief, said Elaine Malit, 40, who hosted the program Buhay-Kalusugan on GV AM Radio Sentro 792 KHZ, had seven punctures in the chest and arms and lacerations on the forehead when she was found lifeless by a relative, Maricel Gundran, in her house in Barangay Sta. Teresita.
Neighbors last saw Malit early Thursday morning. She lived alone.
