NPA owns up to slay of Rizal landowner

BAGUIO CITY Communist guerrillas based in Rizal owned up to the killing of a 61-year-old landowner, whom they had accused of landgrabbing, last weekend.
NPA leader Armando "Ka Ruben" Guevarra, speaking on behalf of the Rizal-based Narciso Antazo Aramil Command, said the underground movement meted death to Dalmacio Aguilar for his alleged "crimes against the people and the revolutionary movement."
Guevarra claimed that Aguilar was the alleged leader of a big landgrabbing syndicate in San Mateo town and other areas. Artemio Dumlao
