New San Fernando City cop chief named

SAN FERNANDO CITY — Superintendent Rolando Versola, the police chief of Rosario, La Union, will take over the helm of this city’s police command on Sept. 1.

Senior Superintendent Samuel Diciano, La Union police director, has signed Versola’s appointment papers.

Versola will replace Senior Superintendent Dominador Aquino Jr., who became the officer-in-charge of the city police after Superintendent Elmer Cabreros was assigned in Manila. — Jun Elias
