8 tourists survive Taal Lake mishap

TALISAY, Batangas — Eight Chinese tourists were unharmed when their motorboat smashed into another motorboat in Taal Lake last Saturday, authorities said.

The tourists had just come from Larry Island and were on their way back to Green Lake Resort in this town when they met the accident, said Chief Inspector Felix Sarsozo, Talisay police chief.
