CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga Police have tagged a member of the so-called "Red Vigilante group" as responsible for the killing of a businessman inside an amusement center in Cabanatuan City last Aug. 7.
The gunmans identity was established through an artists sketch based on the description of a woman who claimed to have seen him shoot Gregorio Santos, 49, at the NE Pacific Mall.
The artists sketch was matched with pictures in the files of the Nueva Ecija police and it fitted that of a certain "Charger," a suspected hit man of the Red Vigilante gang.
