Alarmed over dengue

ALICIA, Isabela Authorities have expressed alarm over the possible outbreak of dengue fever here after the mosquito-borne disease killed a Grade 5 pupil and downed 20 others in the past two months.
Alicia Mayor Napoleon Dy said he has alerted the municipal health personnel about the rising cases of dengue. "We will be forced to declare a state of calamity if the situation gets worse," he said.
