Laguna man dies in road mishap

LAGUNA A 30-year-old employee of Toyota Corp. was killed when he was sideswiped while he was riding his motorbike along the national highway in Calamba City last Sunday night.
The victim, Noel Tacujan, a resident of Cabuyao town, sustained head injuries and bone fractures. Tanods found his body at Doña Felisa Village near the Perpetual Help College in Barangay Paciano.
Police were still investigating the incident which occurred between 12:30 and 1:30 a.m.
Tanod Oliver Mirano said Tacujans bag containing a cellphone and cash was turned over to the victims relatives. Mirano said Tacujan was apparently a hit-and-run victim since there was a truck tire mark on his body. But probers said they were looking at other angles. Ed Amoroso
