LTO-Cagayan Valley monitors gov’t cars

-
BAYOMBONG, Cagayan — The regional office of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) has started its own campaign against the illegal use of government vehicles.

Moises Almuete, LTO Cagayan Valley director, has directed all LTO district offices in the region to apprehend government vehicles on the road without official trip tickets.

Drivers of government vehicles without approved trip tickets will be given a warning or a temporary permit, and will be referred to the Office of the President and the Commission on Audit for further investigation and appropriate sanctions. — Charlie Lagasca
