Woman nabbed for own pa’s slay

BALANGA CITY, Bataan — A daughter of an 80-year-old widower in Orion town was arrested along with another suspect for the gunslaying of her own father.

The body of Adriano Clavel, which bore two bullet wounds, was found in a grassy area.

Police suspect that Clavel’s daughter, Lourdes de Belen, 48, had a long-time grudge against her father who was alleged to have molested his granddaughter eight years ago.

Also arrested was one Edwin Bagtas, 31. Two other suspects are still at large. — Raffy Viray
