Three Chinese-Filipino business executives were reportedly snatched while they were on their way home to Tanza, Cavite last Saturday, reports reaching Camp Crame said.
Reports said armed men aboard a Mitsubishi Lancer and a motorcycle blocked the Pajero of Patterson Ngo, who was with companions Jose and Richard Ngo, and then commandeered the vehicle.
Patterson, however, managed to jump off the Pajero upon reaching Trece Martires City, reports said.
The Pajero was later found in Dasmariñas town. Jose and Richard have reportedly returned home.
Senior Superintendent Roberto Rosales, Cavite police chief, however, said the armed men could have been car thieves, not kidnappers, who got alarmed when Patterson escaped. Christina Mendez
