Ozamis City — At least three suspects in the killing last Friday of a municipal agrarian officer in Bonifacio, Misamis Occidental were arrested here yesterday.

Chief Inspector Cupid Calica, the city’s deputy chief of police, said Marky Morales, Alex Costia and Sofronio Pardillo, all of this city, were arested three days after the killing of Dante Bandoles.

Immediately after the killing, Task Force Bandoles, composed of the Ozamis City police and the 911 mobile group was organized to track down the killers.

Calica said the first to fall was Morales, who was arrested in Barangay Litapon. This was followed by the arrest of Costia and Pardillo.

During investigation, Costia and Pardillo denied involvement in the killing and pointed to Morales as the gunman who shot Bandoles with a caliber .45 pistol.

Costia, a motorcycle driver admitted that he and Pardillo brought Morales to Barangay Tabid where the shooting took place.

Another man, identified as Ricky Boligolo, is also being sought by the police as Morales reportedly confessed that he borrowed the pistol from him.
