Grenade blast rocks Cotabato home; 1 hurt

COTABATO CITY A grenade blast rocked a residential district here Monday night, leaving a villager wounded and the residents in panic.
Inspector Roger Legaspi, chief of the citys Police Precinct II, said the victim, Jun Kari, along with other family members, were inside their house when someone hurled a Mark II fragmentation grenade through an open window.
Legaspi said probers believe that the attack could have been perpetrated by someone known to the Kari family. He did not elaborate.
