-
Three armed men stormed the Premiere Bank branch in Antipolo City yesterday and in 10 minutes, carted away P100,000 in cash.

The broad daylight robbery occurred a day after President Arroyo and her partymates visited Rizal province, a former bailiwick of the opposition.

Senior Superintendent Leocadio Santiago, Rizal police director, said two of the robbers, pretending to be bank clients, entered the bank located along Sumulong Highway in Barangay Mayamot at about 11 a. m.

The robbers fled on board a red Toyota Corolla with license plate TST 868 heading toward Marikina City. — Non Alquitran
