Probers are still clueless why engineer Nilo Santos, 46, was killed.
Superintendent Tomas de Armas, Angat police chief, said Santos had just come from the house of Antonio Pascual in Barangay Sta. Cruz and was about to board his car when the assailant, who was with three companions in another vehicle, bumped it.
Santos was about to confront the group when he was shot, killing him on the spot. He sustained three gunshot wounds: two in the head and the third, in the abdomen, the bullet piercing through his back.
