The victim, Jesus Changcoco, who owns the Airline Ref and Aircon Services in Barangay Sabang here, was abducted while he was cruising the national highway, one of his employees said.
The employee said Changcoco left his office between 8 and 8:30 p.m. last Monday but failed to arrive at his residence in Barangay Sabang.
