Del Rosario leads Region 11 honorees

Davao del Norte Gov. Rodolfo del Rosario leads honorees of the annual Parangal of the Department of the Interior and Local Government in Region 11 in recognition of the "outstanding performance of chief executives in local governance and service deliverance."

Del Rosario is cited for his "outstanding leadership in making Davao del Norte the cleanest and greenest province" of Southern Mindanao and as a 2002 Galing Pook winner.

Committed to promoting the welfare and development of the province, Del Rosario has institutionalized his trademark "Minimum Basic Needs" approach in efficiently delivering basic services to the general public and in transforming Davao del Norte into one of the country’s premier provinces.

Under his leadership, the Davao del Norte peace and order council was named as the best in Mindanao.
