Singaporean abducted in Cabanatuan

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga Unidentified armed men on board three vehicles abducted a Singaporean national in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija the other day, police said.
The victim, Kwah Beng Kiat, 35, was resting in his temporary residence in Barangay Garcia when the kidnappers, who introduced themselves as immigration and National Bureau of Investigation agents, barged in.
They then dragged Kwah to one of their vehicles a gray pick-up with license plate CML 702, a Tamaraw FX with license plate CRZ 524 and an unlicensed Mitsubishi Pajero.
The immigration bureau and the NBI have both told police that they did not have any operations in Cabanatuan.
As of yesterday, there was still no ransom demand from the kidnappers. Ric Sapnu, Jaime Laude
