Angeles City poultry farm owner abducted

-
CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga — Four ski mask-wearing men abducted a businesswoman at her poultry farm in Angeles City over the weekend, police said.

As of yesterday, the family of victim Amelita Cezar, owner of NC Poultry Farm, has not received any calls from her kidnappers.

A stay-in worker at the poultry farm, a certain Bernie Laning, told police that one of the kidnappers pretended to buy a chicken. But when he took a chicken and was about to open the farm’s steel gate, one of the kidnappers grabbed and held him at gunpoint.

The kidnappers then rushed inside Cezar’s office and there took the P400,000 payroll money inside a drawer.

Police said the kidnappers dragged Cezar to one of her vehicles, a Canter van with control number 274, and fled. — Ric Sapnu
