Priest faces homicide rap

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya A Catholic priest here is facing a homicide charge after he accidentally bumped a 42-year-old government employee while cruising the Maharlika Highway in his car here Tuesday night.
Police said Fr. Ferdinand Lopez, of Aritao, Nueva Vizcaya, voluntarily gave himself up to them after rushing the victim, Renato Tomas, an agrarian reform officer in nearby Bagabag town, to the Veterans Regional Hospital where he died later. Charlie Lagasca
