The Partial results counted at the Commission on Elections (Comelec) office in Manila for governor are as follows: Hussin, 70,821, Ibrahim Paglas III, independent, 20,379 votes.

For vice governor, Mutilan, Lakas NUCD-UMDP candidate, leads with 64,774 votes, followed by Benjamin Loong, independent, with 23,245 votes.
