Metro trash dumped in Bulacan

MARILAO, Bulacan Garbage from Metro Manila continues to be dumped in this town despite the strict orders of Bulacan Gov. Josefina dela Cruz that only the people of this town can dump garbage at the Santa Rosa II dumpsite in Barangay Santa Rosa II.
Senior Inspector George Torcuator, Marilao police chief, said that despite the presence of police in the said dumpsite, garbage trucks still try to dump the garbage from Metro Manila.
"We have already arrested six drivers and seized six dump trucks but we still receive reports that garbage trucks from Metro Manila are trying to dump their garbage," Torcuator told The STAR. James Mananghaya
