The San Juan Civilian Volunteers group of San Juan, Metro Manila, chaired by Engr. Wenceslao Vinzons Tan, has appealed to the Commission on Elections chaired by Alfredo Benipayo, to allow its civic-service project of establishing common posters billboards in three strategic areas for all candidates for congressman, mayor, vice mayor and Districts I and II councilors of San Juan and all national candidates for senator.
Vinzons Tan, ably assisted by his groups officers and members, including treasurer Napoleon Co and secretary Jose Lim III, underscored the importance of this correct and proper information drive to guide the San Juan voters on all those seeking public office in San Juan and the Philippine Senate.
He said the San Juan Civilian Volunteers would like to establish these common posters billboards along Ortigas Ave. fronting the Greenhills Shopping Complex, within the vicinity of the Pinaglabanan Park on Santolan Road, and along N. Domingo St. near the boundary of San Juan and Manila.
