Gabor runs for Pasay congressional seat

Former Tourism Secretary Mina Gabor filed her candidacy for the lone congressional district of Pasay City as combined candidate of Aksyon Demokratiko ng Pilipinas and Reforma LM.
After her stint as Tourism secretary, Gabor led the Philippine Small and Medium Business Development Foundation, seeking the development of SMEs which form 90 percent of the countrys business establishments.
In Congress, Gabor intends to pursue legislation that propels small businessmen to achieve big business status, through thriving business, access to livelihood opportunities, and proper environmental management, she envisions a Pasay City that takes it rightful place as gateway to the Philippines.
